If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor under 16, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 17 and we will promptly delete the information.

Under the CCPA/CPRA (as amended effective January 1, 2026), personal information of consumers under the age of 16 is classified as sensitive personal information and receives heightened protection. We do not sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.

12

California Residents — CCPA/CPRA Rights California

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and the updated CPPA regulations effective January 1, 2026, grants you the following rights with respect to your personal information. We honor these rights regardless of whether Local Launch Co meets the revenue thresholds that would legally require us to do so, because we believe privacy is a fundamental value.

Right to Know

Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. Requests may cover the prior 12 months (and back to January 1, 2022 where applicable under 2026 rules).

Right to Delete

Request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction you requested, complying with a legal obligation, or security purposes).

Right to Correct

Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the information and direct our service providers to do the same.

Right to Opt Out of Sale / Sharing

Direct us not to sell or share your personal information. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. This right remains available to you; see Section 13.

Right to Limit Sensitive PI

Direct us to limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the services you requested. See Section 14 for details on what we treat as sensitive PI.

Right to Data Portability

Request a copy of the personal information you have provided to us in a portable and, where technically feasible, readily usable format.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a right under the CCPA/CPRA.

Right re: Automated Decision-Making

We do not currently use automated decision-making technology (ADMT) to make significant decisions about you. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide required notices before any such technology is deployed.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of the above rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request by:

  • Submitting a request through our contact page at locallaunchcompany.com/contact; or
  • Emailing us at the address in Section 17 with the subject line "California Privacy Request."

We will verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may require you to confirm information associated with your account. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. We will not charge a fee unless your request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly with you to protect against fraudulent requests.

Shine the Light (California Civil Code § 1798.83)

California residents may also request, once per year, information about personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, so this law does not require additional disclosures; however, you may contact us to confirm this at any time.

13

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information California

Our Commitment

Local Launch Co does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-contextual behavioral advertising (which constitutes "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA even without payment).

Certain tracking technologies placed by third-party analytics or ad platforms (such as cookies or pixels) may technically constitute "sharing" under the broad CPRA definition if they transfer data to third parties for advertising purposes. If you would like to opt out of any such data transfers, you may:

  • Submit an opt-out request via our contact page at locallaunchcompany.com/contact;
  • Use your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as a valid opt-out signal in accordance with 2026 CPPA regulations;
  • Adjust your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We do not require you to create an account to submit an opt-out request, and we will not ask you to provide more personal information than is necessary to verify and process the request.

14

Sensitive Personal Information California

Under the CCPA/CPRA, "sensitive personal information" (Sensitive PI) includes categories of data that warrant heightened protection. As described in Section 3, the only categories of Sensitive PI we collect are:

  • Account login credentials (username and hashed password used to access your account); and
  • Payment card information (processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).

We use these categories of Sensitive PI only for the purposes necessary to provide the services you have requested — specifically, account security and payment processing. We do not use Sensitive PI to infer characteristics about you, and we do not disclose Sensitive PI to third parties beyond our service providers under appropriate data processing agreements.

California residents have the right to direct us to limit our use of Sensitive PI to purposes necessary to provide the services reasonably expected by a consumer requesting those services. Because we already limit our use in this way, no additional action is required; however, you may submit a request via Section 17 if you have concerns.

Effective January 1, 2026, the CPPA's updated regulations expanded the definition of Sensitive PI to include personal information of consumers under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. See Section 10.

15

Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site and platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Wright Counsel, PLLC, Shopify, social media platforms, and other external resources. When you leave our Site or interact with a third-party service, that service's own privacy policy governs the collection and use of your information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties and encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information.

16

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via email or a prominent notice on our platform prior to the change becoming effective.

Your continued use of the Site or membership services after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated practices. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, please discontinue use of the Site and contact us to close your account.
